Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you register, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@hulkoniox-stock.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Plan details, pricing and billing cycles are described on our pricing page and inside your workspace settings.

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen period and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (for example VAT), which are added at checkout based on your billing country.

We may modify pricing and plan features. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated in advance.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of business information stored in your account, including products, prices, customers, invoices and tax settings.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when using the Service — including tax, invoicing, consumer protection and data protection laws applicable to your business.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or to other workspaces.

You may not, and may not allow any third party to: (a) use the Service for illegal, fraudulent or harmful activities; (b) upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with the integrity of the Service; (c) attempt to access another user's workspace or data; (d) resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent; (e) use the Service to harass, defame or violate the rights of others.

We aim to provide the Service on a continuous basis but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our reasonable control. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features of the Service at our discretion. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you of material changes in advance through the Service or by email.

We may suspend or restrict access to all or part of your account if we believe, on reasonable grounds, that you have breached these Terms, that your account presents a security risk, that continued use may harm us or other users, or that we are required to do so by law.

You may close your account at any time from your workspace settings or by contacting support@hulkoniox-stock.com. We may terminate your account with notice for material or repeated breach of these Terms, or without notice in cases of fraud, abuse or legal necessity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and backup retention schedule.

Hulkoniox Stock and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Service, including all software, content, trademarks and designs. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Hulkoniox Stock name, logo or trademarks except as needed to identify the Service.

You retain ownership of the business data you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that data solely to provide the Service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hulkoniox Stock and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hulkoniox Stock is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
