Security & Data Protection
Hulkoniox Stock takes reasonable measures to protect customer information and business records. Security is built into how the platform is designed, hosted and operated — not bolted on afterwards.
Secure cloud infrastructure
Hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with isolated tenants, hardened operating systems and regularly patched runtimes. Workloads are deployed across a global edge network with a 99.9% uptime target.
Access controls
Role-based access controls (owner, admin, member) limit who can view or change data inside a workspace. Every action ties back to an authenticated user. Row-level security is enforced at the database layer.
Authentication security
Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms and never stored in clear text. Sessions use short-lived tokens with secure refresh. Optional Google single sign-on is available, and password recovery flows are rate-limited.
Data encryption
All traffic between your devices and Hulkoniox Stock is encrypted in transit using TLS. Customer data is encrypted at rest in the database and in object storage. Sensitive credentials are kept in a managed secrets vault.
Regular backups
The platform performs automated, encrypted database backups with point-in-time recovery. Backups are retained for disaster recovery and are tested as part of operational drills.
Monitoring and protection
Production systems are continuously monitored for availability, abuse and unusual access patterns. Authentication events and storage uploads are recorded in an admin-visible audit log inside each workspace.
Business data protection
Products, inventory, invoices, customers and sales are tenant-isolated. Other workspaces cannot read your data, and our own staff access is gated, logged and limited to what is strictly necessary for support.
Privacy by design
We collect only what is required to operate the service. Personal data is handled with GDPR-friendly defaults and minimized wherever possible.
