Privacy Policy

We collect information in three ways: information you provide to us directly, information generated by your use of the Service, and information we receive from your device or browser.

Account information: name, email address, hashed password, workspace name, role, language and currency preferences. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account.

Business data you create or import: products, categories, SKUs, barcodes, prices, stock levels, warehouses, customers, invoices, expenses, sales and other records you choose to store in your workspace.

Usage information: pages and features you interact with, approximate timestamps and result of key actions (for example sign-in, sign-out, upload, purchase). This is used for audit logs, troubleshooting and product improvement.

Device information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device model, language preference and time zone. This helps us secure your account and adapt the interface.

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Service, to authenticate users, to deliver invoices and notifications, to detect fraud or abuse, to comply with legal obligations and to communicate important changes.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your business records (products, customers, invoices, sales) for advertising.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and currency preferences, and measure aggregated usage. You can manage cookies from your browser settings. For details please see our Cookie Policy.

We may use privacy-aware analytics to understand how the Service is used in aggregate (for example which screens are most visited). Analytics are limited to operational metrics and do not profile individual users for advertising purposes.

Your account information and business data are stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. Data may be processed in multiple regions to provide a fast, resilient service. Hulkoniox Stock stores business-related data such as products, inventory, invoices, customers and sales information to provide platform services.

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, row-level security in the database, audit logging and regular backups.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to maintain industry-standard safeguards and review them continuously.

We share information only with trusted service providers needed to run the Service (for example cloud hosting, authentication, email delivery, payment processing). These providers act under contractual obligations and may not use your data for their own purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order or to protect the rights, property or safety of Hulkoniox Stock, our users or the public.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to access your personal data, to correct it, to request deletion or restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to receive a portable copy.

To exercise these rights, contact privacy@hulkoniox-stock.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We retain your account and business data while your workspace is active. When a workspace is deleted, associated data is removed from production systems within a reasonable period and from encrypted backups according to our backup retention schedule. We may retain limited information where required by law (for example to comply with tax or accounting obligations).

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
